Introduction
Greg Davies Financial Services provides finance broking services
for residential, investment, business and commercial properties
as well as personal loans and vehicle leases. We also have access
to competitive insurance for home, contents, motor vehicles,
third party property, caravans & trailers, and landlord
cover. The Directors of this company are Greg & Narelle
Davies.
We aim to provide you with a loan product that matches your
circumstances and desires, with due regard to that lenders costs,
service history and accessibility. As such we will ask you a
lot of questions, please remember these are necessary to ensure
the chosen product is right for you.
No doubt you will have questions for us, in anticipation we
have provided the following:
Greg Davies served in the Royal Australian Navy and
commanded a Patrol Boat out of Cairns. He then worked in law
enforcement as an investigator into financial crimes. Later
Greg became a qualified Financial Planner before focusing on
loan writing and mortgage broking. He has a Certificate IV in
Financial Services (Mortgage Broking), Diploma in Financial
Services (Financial Planning), Bachelor of Science degree in
mathematics, and Master of Business Administration. Greg is
the company’s principle loan writer and sub authorised
representative (317496) for Financial Planning products.
Narelle Davies has worked for ANZ Bank in both front
counter and back office roles. Later she worked for Metway Bank
before moving into the health insurance industry. In recent
years she worked for Prudential, Colonial First State and CommInsure.
Narelle is the company’s Office Manager.
Between them Greg and Narelle have over 15 years experience
in the financial services industry, but more importantly they
have worked hard over the last year attending double the industry
training requirements and implementing new technology to ensure
they offer their clients the best service they can.
Greg Davies Financial Services Pty Ltd is a full member of
COSL (member number 409904), a full member of MFAA (member number
46718) and carries Professional Indemnity Insurance with underwriters
at Lloyds of London (policy P6/66520).
The affiliation with Australian Finance Group provides access
to over 30 lenders with more than 800 different loan products.
For all of these products there is no direct charge to the borrower
as commissions are paid by the lender. These commissions are
fully disclosed to you in our Finance Brokers Contract and Loan
Approval Letter.
